• Automated buy and sell transactions using multiple wallets
• Customizable trading parameters including volume targets and duration
• Optional engagement features such as comments and favorites
• Real-time campaign monitoring and management

Users retain full control over campaign parameters and can monitor activities through our dashboard.

3. User Responsibilities

When using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate token addresses and campaign information
• Comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction
• Use the service only for legitimate tokens you own or have authorization to promote
• Not attempt to manipulate, hack, or abuse the platform
• Maintain the security of your connected Solana wallet

Users are solely responsible for the tokens they choose to promote and any legal implications.

4. Payment and Fees

Our pricing structure is transparent and volume-based. You pay a 7% service fee calculated on your target volume (not the volume itself). All payments must be made in SOL to the designated wallet address before campaign activation.

Fees are non-refundable once a campaign has been initiated. Payment confirmation may take up to 30 seconds depending on Solana network conditions.

5. Service Availability

While we strive to maintain high availability, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access to the service. Maintenance, updates, or unforeseen technical issues may temporarily affect service availability.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of the service at any time with or without notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

Pump.fun Volume Bot and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from:

• Use or inability to use the service
• Token price fluctuations or market volatility
• Loss of funds due to user error or wallet compromise
• Third-party platform issues (pump.fun, Solana network)
• Regulatory actions or legal consequences

Users acknowledge that cryptocurrency trading involves significant risk and use the service at their own risk.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of the service are owned by Pump.fun Volume Bot and protected by international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Users may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, or lease any part of our service without explicit written permission.

8. Termination

Upon termination, your right to use the service will cease immediately, though any running campaigns will be completed as scheduled.
